My brother (having been sucked in many many months ago) insisted I watch the episodes of Firefly back when he got them (...many many months ago).  He showed me the (real) pilot - 'Serenity', and then the first episode/other pilot - 'The Train Job'.  Needless to say, I was hooked.  So much so, I bought my own copy of the show (many months ago).

Everyone seems to adore Firefly except me, which I don't understand, since the people who like it seem to have tastes that are similar to mine. I watched the pilot, along with The Train Job, and I started watching the episode after that one, but it just bored me. I really can't get into it for some reason. :\
