Well the next in my un-frequent bulletins is to announce the following... We're getting a house!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and shit load of debt hehehehe Gem's dads selling their old house and he's offering is first grabs, and cheaper than market price WOOOOOOO so we're snapping his hand off and heading down to start a mortgage tomorrow.. BLAH! DEBT
