So, on Wednesday I fly out to the land of the free. A bunch of us from Kung Fu are going to Florida for 3 weeks to train with the head of Pai Lum Kung Fu. I'll be buying a sim card over there so I can contact my family, but I'll otherwise be out of touch until 29 November

I wondered about that. I assume she meant in the straightforward "keeping body and soul together" kind of way, rather than a more stressful "fighting for one's life" kind of way.

Though, if you see a running kung fu battle on top of a truck across the seven mile bridge...
