I have wondered about where Sam was while he was dead. You make Dean bringing him back even harder than it was on the show, which is saying something!

Hehe, I always had a bit of trouble with Sam saying he remembered nothing--it was like the Scooby Gang bringing Buffy back, to me, and she remembered heaven and everything.
