I quite enjoyed this one. But I'm wondering why they've been sticking to MotW--no Leviathan stuff in what seems like a long time, especially counting the hiatus. But this episode was actually shockingly well done, and well constructed too. Also, SAM!

--the unicorn shot a rainbow out of its ass. Nice. Classy, guys. I don't know if I like that very obvious nod or not. I just don't know.

--I thought that lady saying the fun factory was for lazy parents would end up as a jab at John. Kind of a "phew!" moment when it was Dean, though I guess not mentioning John at all was a jab in itself. Boy, do I ever miss that man.

--I wish Sam would act more... spacey, or something. Like he did early in the season. Third episode, I think?

--When they were sitting in the motel, with no idea what the monster was, or even what to do--THAT is the first time I've felt like they were really on their own, and that they were worse off for it. I think that was well done.

--(So Dean just threw up over that kid's food? Nice one.)

--This episode did a really good job at building up ideas and plot points. Surprisingly good. Like Dean wanting a slinky, Sam gets him a slinky. (And by the way, that was a heartwarming ending. This whole episode was pleasantly brotherly, a complete 180 from last week.) And Sam played bad cop, which was a huge lol, and then that playing into why he's the victim--I LOVED that they did that. And then the villain attacked him with clowns, because throughout the episode Sam had been flinching at all the clowns he saw. All those moments were built through the entire episode, in a very competent way. I like that a lot. I've come to expect much more ill-thought-out episodes for MotW, I guess.

--Plotwise? Anti-climactic. But I felt good at the end, because BROTHERS.

--So I didn't see Dean take a single drink, the entire episode. Uh, feeling those DTs yet, Dean? Wonder if that'll come up next week.

--Just watched the promo. And boy howdy, am I ever excited!! EEEEE!!
