I don't usually get the inclination to ramble about things... either in words, or on paper... Often in prayers I suppose.. I notice when I am rambling I leave off in 3 periods a lot ... probably because tahts how i'm thinking. i also use phrases like 'a lot,' which I still remember my 8th grade teacher lamenting furiously how much he hated that

Good entry! Don't you love this pleasant way to have one-way conversations with many people every once and a while? I would tell your friend this: The future has always been, and can be no other way, but as it stands, you don't know what it is. It could be that you were always meant to keep praying without ceasing, and having those prayers eventually granted, and it could be that you were meant to be apathetic in your prayer, and have nothing come of it. It's impossible to know God's will, and to just assume that it was always going to work out in our favor without our asking it to. Anyway, I'm not sure which friends you're worried about, though I can think of a few, but I hope you're not too worried about me. I'm going to be joining the Society of Friends, a Bible Study group, and possibly the IV at Chicago. PS- Take the job. Just be sure to make plans for a LOT more time than you think you might need for studying. PPS- I was just commenting to my sister that you posted a me-sized entry, and she wanted to steal you. your theology is sound. =) Predestination, but that we are still commanded to act...

and your not one I worry so much about... I havn't any reasons to worry.. but even if I did, We are both slaves to righteousness, and slaves can try to run away.. but i think God will draw either of us back.. So while I still pray for you, I worry very little about you. =D

only to be sure that evil will not lead to good, and God knows no darkness...

so that we are never 'meant' to be anything but christs' immage...

God's will is not preformed until you pray. So while might think ur 1 way or another, it is best to submit to the image of Christ and do things such as pray.. a really famous dude says "Well sure its a coincidence.. but I notice that when I pray, coincidences happen, and when I don't, they don't."
