Sorry I didn't respond. If you don't mind me saying so, I was entirely pissed off someone would do that not only to themselves but to their kids. The most selfish thing anyone can do and when you've got kids... life is no longer about you, it is all about your kids and the sacrifices you make for your kids... and when you feel you can't even get out of bed... you've got to because you belong to your kids. And if you feel you might be suicidal, you need to be brave for your kids to get the help you need so that you can do your duty of being a good parent and living for your kids.
