new years resolutions get a bad rap...

everyone is always talking about resolutions and how stupid they are and how stupid people are to have them. why is this so? i see resolutions as a chance to rededicate one's self to attaining the goals he or she finds important. each new year brings a new opportunity to revisit those goals you had set for yourself in the previous year, take stock ( Read more... )

good job! that's so well thought out, it makes me want to make the resolution to be more mentally organized.

...making the environment around me comfortable for folks to speak their minds without fearing my wrath.

cuz you remember the conversation we had when your boy marcus came into town. it took everything in me not to strangle him, but some of his points were valid. i should have given him more of a chance (or more rope to hang himself with, i'm still not sure...)
