Hi there! I just joined brokeassgourmet (YAY! Great idea!) and I wanted to make a leetle teeny request/suggestion/wish (thing) - I wonder if maybe it wouldn't be awesome if you asked that people post a guesstimate of their food cost for the recipes they post? Not including staples like oil, seasoning, herbs, etc. In keeping with the cheap ( ... )

Yeah- that's something I intended to do from the beginning, I was just too lazy =). I only had two posts up before I got the idea to post invites on the cooking community. Maybe I'll put a note in the community profile, to do break downs?

Sure, that sounds great! If people start doing it then it would probably just catch on no problem. Love the idea for the community! I'm totally a cheapass gourmet!
