Post TONS of pictures and stuff..maybe someone will buy him? The best shelters are no-kill shelters. You should do a background check if you do send him to one.

:( Animal abuse is the worst, especially when the animals are so sweet.
I'd take him for sure if I lived in the area & didn't already have two cats.
You're probably going to have to take him to a shelter -the good ones will make sure he goes to a good home and that he's had all the immunizations and such that he needs to live a long and healthy life.

You are that dog's guardian angel. I'm sure he'll be eternally grateful that you took him from that park. ♥
