Yeah, the legal spelling of my name is with a C, you know, traditional spelling of Christine, but I like to come up with more esoteric spellings of them and what not.

I don't remember it entirely correctly, but Mark from Empire Records said, "My name is with a "K", so I thought I should spell the band with a "C" so you know, that whole psychedelic trip thing."
