dude seriously, Specialist was amazing. definitely my favorite song they played that night.

i'd never heard that one before so i went home and downloaded it but the recorded version's not nearly as good. still pretty good, but not nearly as amazing as it was live.

i think they made a few versions of it on various ep's. so one might be different from another.

nah it's not that the song is different, it's just the sound. at the show, the guitar parts were all heavily delayed and echoed around the hall so they all melted together and it sounded perfect. the record versions lack that, and so listening to it just isn't as good.

i knew it. stars and broken social scene are on the same label, so i pretty much keep good tabs on them. besides amy is IN bss. everyone is in bss for that matter.
