At 10:52AM Dad walked through the door with a UTPA pencil with a little Triceratops on the top. He handed me the pencil and bragged that he had gone to see "A T-REX NAMED SUE" (an exhibition at UTPA with a T-Rex that I've been really wanting to go see). After the excitement of that was over I asked the obvious question "So...why are you here?" (

I wish I had the guts to put Yuku to sleep before he got to the point he was at when we actually put him to sleep. Watching him go through all that pain and suffering just because I wasn't ready yet is one of the things I'll always regret.

We let Stacy (our other old dog that we lost in Oct of '06) suffer until she died "naturally" because my parents couldn't put a dog to sleep, and I still regret that. We didn't want that to happen to Beethoven too.
