That's fantastic news! She's a beautiful girl. Love those pictures from a few posts ago.
This is a bit off the topic, but I've been hearing a lot about that "Dog Whisperer" show lately (don't have TV up here, so I haven't seen it). I have this vague memory of you being unhappy with the rumor that Obama would choose him as a dog trainer, so is there a problem with him and his methods? Do you have a prepared rant? :D
Well first things first, he is not considered a "dog trainer", instead he calls himself a "dog behavior expert". He is an uneducated (both in general and in dog-related studies), wonderfully charismatic, good-looking TV personality and I can't help but watch his show even though it makes me sigh and cringe.
You won't find a single knowledgeable dog professional who likes what he does. But your Average Joe Dog Owner WORSHIPS him. The words "Cesar Millan" and "Dog Whisperer" make their way into my work-related conversations at least once a day because of how insanely popular he and his show have become.
If you have access to it (I'm not sure if you have to be a member or not) check out the DogsInTraining comm's point of view:
