I have another essay to write for the same class that I mentioned in the entry before. I only have one more week in San Marcos. I'm writing what's on my mind
I'm excited about going home. Natalie and I are making plans to visit her hometown. I'm sitting in the library lounge. I'm fixing my problems instead of just waiting for them to fizzle out. I love trail mix. I'm writing an essay for Socrates, Gandhi, and MLK class; it's a bull shit class, but it's actually helped me learn a lot about myself. ( Read more... ) -

I don't have much to say. I feel alright, although, the shit has truly hit the fan. Nobody feels too completely bothered by all that is going on. I've been building up my tolerance to alcohol over the past month - awesome? I can drink like a sailor, and it has no real effect on me. I even feel great the next morning. I went to Austin with Amanda. It was kind of dumb, but I had fun hanging out with Amanda and Mickey. They're interesting and wise in their own ways without even being aware of it. At the beginning of the semester, I felt bad that I was moving away. I was helping out my family; I felt like I had a purpose for being around. I watched my little brother, Nico, all of the time.
