He sees something that interests him and goes after it in the most efficient way possible. Asking for the opportunity to do research and bartering for peoples' time is exhausting work. Simply taking it is a quicker means.

Your war didn't exist here before you arrived and his master isn't here. How would you know how he'd behave when out of those conditions? I'm working with him to intercede on the behalf of the inhabitants of the city. I'm currently researching 6 and his friends with the condition that Starscream leave them be, and he has upheld that promise.

It feels as though there's a miscommunication somewhere in here. It's true that I work with Starscream, but I do so for the safety of others. I know he may betray or harm me, but if it means the safety of others, then I can accept that.
