He is not one of my men. Autobots are scattered throughout the galaxy. I am not in direct command of them all.
But if he is an Autobot, I can see why he would be hesitant of another Cybertronian.

Miss Caroline, if you are so concerned about staying a neutral force, I suggest you keep out of Starscream's affairs. For someone who claims neutrality, you are being fairly unsuccessful.
