Grumble.

So I've been feeling kind of like shit for no good reason, really, since Sunday. Yesterday I had the day off, so I cleaned my apartment, made good healthy meals for myself, did my weights, got ready for bed early, did stretches before bed (which I never do, and really ought to) and prepared for a good night's sleep ( Read more... )

Dude, if you get prescribed by a doctor, or go to a doctor who moonlights as a therapist, it can be covered under OHIP :-) That's how I afforded it for over a year.

(I also make a connection between you and I talking on Sunday night, leading into sadness. I hope I didn't exacerbate it)

That would be great, though from what I hear, referrals can be extremely backlogged and take over a year to come through. I suppose I could pull out a phone book and just start calling and see if I luck out anywhere . . . I don't feel like this is that acute though. I've certainly been far, FAR FAR worse.

As for the talk, nahhh, I just needed to vent a bit. I'm sure it did more good than harm. :)

Fair enough. I lucked out with my last therapist, and really wish I could still be seeing her - she pretty much cracked stuff I didn' know about, I can only wonder what is left. I just don't want to go through the whole process of rebuilding a relationship with a new one. If I hear of one, will let ya know :-)

Feel free to vent to me whenever you need to! If it gets to the point that you're just venting for the hell of it (note: I don't mean to say you WILL or that you have, just in case because sometimes I vent well past the point of it being useful, I will just vent becaus I can), though, I reserve the right to tell you to STFU, deal? ;-) You can totally do the same to me if I get there.

Sounds good to me!

Oh, and I feel I should clarify: by "retail therapy," I meant shopping for clothes and nice things to make myself feel good. :D As I already did some of that the previous weekend, I'm too short of cash right now to do any more.

Drink the tea of deliciousness, and happiness will follow.

...she said sagely.

Dude, we should hang out sometime. It's been stupidly long. Let's go see a movie or something.
