Trains suck.
You probably got sick because it was hot and you don't usually do that much activity. You have to gradually let your body get used to working out.

halfway through, most of the lights just died. the conductor had to go to the other car and turn it back on. weird stuff. my mom is now convinced that i bring bad luck to the trains.
ahahahahaha actually that has happened to me several times

And you may have gotten dizzy/sick because you were dehydrated. So be sure to drink water before, during, and after exercising consistently. Not just when you feel thirsty.

lol yeah i've been on some trains with no lights or flickering lights before.

it's possible that i was dehydrated. but i wonder if it was also related to me getting my period today. prob imagining things. lol sorry if it was tmi

then start easy & very slowly move up. something as simple as walking around your block once a day or such. then when that feels easy move up to twice around, or try to get around at a quicker speed. those kinda things....
