that's so horribly crappy! hugs! chicken soup! I'm glad you have someone to take care of you. that is so, like totally, no good. well, I guess getting it out and being on the mend is good. but shit!

yikes. well, better holes poked in your body than a ruptured appendix and septic peritonium. I hope they were able to do one of those super-non-invasive maneuvers? usually they can as long as it's not too swollen, I think. And on the plus side, you'll never have to worry about getting appendicitis after now.
