so since ive been hurt, freya has been having at least one bottle of donated breastmilk a day. usually her dad gives it to her when im too knocked out from the pain meds, or at bedtime, or when they run an errand. (they cant leave the baby with me alone, since i cant bend over, sit up, or lift her. im still pretty horizontal on the bed nonstop and

I'm so sorry you are hurt! I hope you heal quickly. That would be very hard to deal with. Don't have bottles in the room if you want her to nurse to avoid a strike and confusion. That would really make me cry. *huggs* I was upset when Penelope had a nursing strike because of teething and I wasn't even the one hurt.

I'm a wimp about that sort of thing - I'd be so sad, even though, logically, it's not the end of the world when my children actually like other people too. I bet that, once you're up and around again, your baby will remember how nifty you are!
