I know, I post about them, or while listening to them, often.

But I just had to say, the LIVE Demon Days concertperformance is on again, and I'm blissed. Rolling a spliff and feeling like I'll survive the winter to truly eat that march lamb and ride the lion into spring!

Well I gotta see that! I absolutly LOVE The Last Waltz, Ive probably watched my dvd 100 times! If dvds got worn out like VHSs did.. mine would surely be toast by now. Joni Mitchell's Coyote quicky became one of my top songs of all time after seeing The Last Waltz, she is so amazing.

Concerts (and even concert movies) always bring out the best or the worst in bands, I like the Gorillaz Im sure the show is very entertaining.

I know. But I mean it. I'm still trying to think of one I like more. I think it's their mix of songs, styles, the narratives, the chorus of kids, the clips of people in the audience, even children, singing along...it was grand.

If you like the CD, it's at least worth a watch/rent or whatever.

The Last Waltz was a movie about a concert. Even Stop Making Sense, which I love, too, was a good movie about a well set up concert.

THIS is a concert movie, in my utterly unhumble opinion.
