My baby's all growed up.. well, almost.

I went to my son's grade 7 "graduation" this morning. You know, it wasn't too big of a deal up to this point, but this assembly made it all really *feel* like it was the end of something. All the seventh graders sang the Greenday song Time of my Life and I admit, I was fighting back tears. In two years it'll be my daughter finishing grade 7,

However, am I the only one that's a little disturbed about choir versions of Green Day?

I was just glad that it wasn't something really lame. It's nice to have them perform something for music that's a *little* more up to date.
