Wow, I really have to start blogging more.
Well, I just finished Deathly Hallows and I liked it and didn't...
I was REALLY REALLY pissed off that Tonks and Reamus died, very relieved that Fred was the only Weasely to cark it and SUPREMELY ANNOYED that Snape was a spy because he loved Lily. Please. That was a theory that was derided whenever it appeared in fanfic. Bad cliche. Naughty JKR.
I am also annoyed at the way Tonks and Remus were(n't) used. If she had to kill them, it would have made more sense to make them a bigger part of the novel so their deaths MEANT something. Not just saddle them with a kid and keep them nearly completely off camera. That disappointed me. And Remus' rant? I've read it. fernwithy did it better, and she's not the only one. So yeah.
Still it had good parts, I am just finding it easier to concentrate on the bits that pissed me off. Oh, and did anyone else think the Deathly Hallows were the wizarding worlds Da Vinci Code?
