Got all my internal formatting problems dealt with, I think. Unfortunately, to get a real ISBN number which will allow my book to be sold anywhere, I need another $150 and a credit or debit card, something I have managed without for quite a while, now. Guess I'll go to the bank after work and see if M&I will let me have a check card again. They

Yes! They said I will get my card in about a week! :) Other expenses have occurred, but my boss is kind of insisting on the library funding my ISBN...so I may cave in.
