Good luck with the Bible dude. That book fried my brain last semester. It was interesting though, from what got through to my brain anyways lol.

My resolution is getting into shape. Zumba classes here I come!

Yeah, I think it'll be rough...but worthwhile?
I was gonna start today, while I'm not doing jack shit, but my Bible is in my dorm room. Oops.

I also need to get in shape. I have free access to a gym, damn it, I just need to GO.

Little pies! I read somewhere that pies are the new thing, totally taking over cupcakes. I don't know about that, but maybe I'll have to give them a try! ;-)

I've definitely mailed baked goods many times in my day, though I haven't gotten around to mailing any for Christmas yet... yeah, a little late. Anyway, it's a fun, warm way to connect with people I rarely see or haven't even met!

Pie is awesome :D I'll send you the recipe for the cupcake-sized ones I made, if you want. They were labor-intensive, but awesome (I also did different kinds of filling, not just the apple the recipe calls for.)

Yeah! Agreed. I was mailing cookies to out-of-state friends&family. I totally feel the same way about using it to connect; food is like the ultimate bonder.

I'd definitely love to try out that recipe! Mmm pie. I for one am a fan of berries: perhaps I could do mixed berry pies!

I did apple (as per the recipe), cherry, and berry. I looked up a couple different recipes for the cherry&berry fillings, an then just kinda winged it.

Yeah, I need to start taking old books over there. There was a guy running it who was a real douche, but it must have changed hands, or something, because the dude who was there when I went it was fantastic.

Ya. one of my proffs said that the "other guy" was a real dick... but like you said, this guy has been super nice to me.
