Behind a cut so as not to harsh anyone's squee, but if you'd like to try to help me understand, that's cool. I don't guarantee I WILL understand, but hey. Maybe I'm missing something simple.
1. The ending. That's not a victory. The people of the Citadel are going to rush the water/gardens, overwhelm the resources and destroy them, and the citadal will be as dead as the rest of the wasteland in a couple of days. It's got Tragedy Of The Commons written on it in ten-foot letters.
2. The redhead wife sitting down and chatting with Nux in the lookout space instead of freaking out in terror and screaming for someone to come kill him doesn't make any sense. The last time she saw him he was trying to return them all to Joe.
3. Furiosa deciding to trust Max and have him help her up front in the rig doesn't make any sense. He has done exactly zero things to show himself trustworthy instead of just waiting for a good chance to ditch them.
4. "Imperator" and "Immortan" don't make any sense as titles. If this is close enough after the apocalypse that the cars are still running, there's no reason to make up words like that instead of going with military titles or nobility titles that we already have in the language.
5. When fandom was talking about how great the Vuvulini are, I assumed that meant that they weren't going to... all... die. Okay, one of them lived. The rest of them all died on the fight back to the Citadel.
6. The old lady with the bag of seeds and the blond girl who wasn't Splendid should've been a LOT more careful with that bag of seeds. Like maybe... closing it. For one thing.
7. I saw a post this morning about how the movie is realistic about injuries and how they limit what you can do next. Okay, except for the fact that Max was literally being drained of blood and then spent the whole movie fighting and then got drained of blood again and didn't keel over.
