What GMT difference is Atlantic time?

I have already posted my story to the A03 collection and I intend to post it here, but I may or may not have time on 1st June.

East coast of Canada, an hour ahead of Eastern -- I think it's UTC-3? Midnight Atlantic is 11PM Eastern.

Oh, ok thanks. That means it's GMT-4, in that case, since Eastern America is 5 hours behind GMT.
