Lyrical and elegant, the sound of his pleasure floated through the air, defying the buzz of the crowded lobby. Shido felt himself drawn to it, curious to see what his partner had found so amusing. And more than a little anxious to know if it had anything to do with him.

"Kazuki?"
"Shido! See, I told you he wasn't escaping between acts."
The propriatory arm around his waist was more than a match for the sneer on the snake bastard's face. The man was only jealous - Shido had the sexiest date in the room.
