The Prince of Battles has watched many fighters over the years. The deadly minimalism of his protector, the fluid grace of the blond knight, the artful binding by cloth. Destructive waves of fire, shocks of wind, flickering blades, blinding light. Electric fury that knows no holds. A serpent's vicious bite.
It is the cunning power of a jungle cat he watches now, eyes alert for any slip, any hole in his partner's defense. And where the beasts cannot defend, his strings stand ready. The peerless meld of the forces of nature, a dance that belongs to Shido and Kazuki alone.
