Can we talk about how marvelous seven layer dip is? I mean, really. Let's talk about it!

See. I mostly like it because they put the beans on the bottom. This allows the non-bean eaters like myself to easily avoid a most unpleasant taste. I can just scoop scoop scoop away at the stuff I like (mainly the cheese and sour cream with a hint of guac and maybe a lil bitty tomato sliver) and leave the things I don't prefer out. Inevitably, someone later will be a HUGE bean eater and say "SCORE! SOMEONE LEFT SOME SERIOUS BEANAGE HERE." Thus, we're staring right down the throat of a big ole win/win situation here. And I KNOW how much you love those. (I'm of course referring first and foremost to big ole open throats.)

This was lovely. I like all the layers of the dip myself, but I'm glad to hear that the dip is user friendly for all kinds!
