This is so sweet. The way you tell it makes it feel Fai's nostalgia, and even the small detail of Kurogane's hand "landing upside Fai's head harder than it needed to" added such depth and realism to the scene and just... wibble. I have no more words.

I love this! Mostly because I love speculation on what Fai's life in Ceres might have been like (happy, we hope??) and who he might have loved before meeting Kurogane. Because it's silly to suppose that neither of them had EVER had a relationship before...

ikr? although fai probably did not crush on quite so many girls as depicted here (TWO WHOLE GIRLS IS TOO MANY FOR FAI, and none of them looked like his mother, just sayin).

It's so just. Everything. Fai's past lovers and explaining who he is and why, and Kurogane being so amazing like he is and you know, YES THIS FOREVER. It's a little sad and sweet and slightly melancholy and so fulfilling at the end because there's love and it's real love. It's perfect. I already gave you my heart, I should quit while I'm ahead, yes? XD
