This is similar to what I went through just recently. My graduation and moving home sparked me remembering Chris and such and it just got out of hand. I just needed a moment to breath, analyze everything, and get some comfort from some people. It's good that you know how to calm yourself down and I think once your stomach problems go away, you'll be able to feel better and things will look up for you.
I'm sorry that this is all happening and I hope only the best for you. *Hug.*
/hugs If analyzing it is making you feel better then you should keep doing it. Illogical feelings are usually the result of something logical so it's good that you're finding out what's causing them. :)
I hope you'll feel better soon! But it seems you have enough maturity to ponder and rationalise your thoughts, which isn't an easy task. Usually when I realise my way of thinking is wrong (when I depreciate myself and all), it makes me feel worse because I'm stupid enough to think this way. So that you manage to understand the reasons of your mood, and what tickles it is quite encouraging :3
Heh, I do beat myself up sometimes for being so irrational and all, but part of picking things apart for me is acknowledging that everyone does stuff like this to some degree or other. Everyone can have illogical thoughts and look at things the wrong way and blow something out of proportion. So it's not like you and me are bad people for doing it too. :)
Thanks. I'm still trying to schedule it. Hopefully it'll all get set up soon!
