A) On your abortion opinon, how do you figure someone is to regulate the point of it not being used as a BC (if I understood your opinon right, you'd like it to be a choice unless the person is doing it regularly.)
b) on plastic surgery, how do you feel when people get it outta necessity? such as burn victims and people mutilated due to "torture" of such.
c) Seperation of church and state. What about religions that endanger children's lives, like the Christian Science? Do you feel the government should have the right to step in when religion is "killing" a child?
A woman does have the right to choose... Yes, condoms can break and birth control can fail, but a woman needs to be aware of these things!! I'm all for abortion only if the woman is raped, a victim of incest, if her health is bad and the birth may or may not cause her death, and if she's in an extremely abusive situation where bringing a kid in wouldn't be the best thing in the world at that time. Otherwise, if a woman just goes and has sex, gets pregnant and just wants rid of the baby just so she doesn't have to be a Mom, I say that she shouldn't do it. She had sex, should've known when she was ovulating, and taken the responsibility to get protection or use some type of birth control."You say that a woman has the right to choose, but yet you imply that they still shouldn't get an abortion. Wouldn't you think, that the person who's having sex went into the situation not as ignorant as you thought them to be? Being on birth control pills--I'm very sure that the doctor who perscribed it to you will tell you how might the pill fail (

1. Maybe I should have said "It should be a woman's choice, but...", that may have clarified things more. I'm not on birth control pills, I'm on Depo Provera, which has only a 1% failure rate according to statistics. Most birth control pills have 3-8 percent which is better than using condoms alone. Like I had said in the beginning, Yes, condoms can break and birth control can fail, but a woman needs to be aware of these things!!. There are some teenage girls that are so naive that they tend to forget about this, and get completely shocked when they find they are pregnant. Couples that are going to get married and end up pregnant shouldn't have abortions because they will make that committment. To answer that last part, you need to realize that condoms do break and even if they do, you're still responsible because you're the one who chose to have sex in the first place. It may seem mean, but to me if you take the risk of having sex, you need to protect yourself as much as possible. If the condom breaks, then you're still responsible

Mods, I'll be abstaining from this vote because I know that my vote will be based on a very biased view. I would like it to be fair, so I will be abstaining.
I don't really want to get into a big long debate in this, so I'll just say this: G'luck with the voting.
