Yeah, exactly. So much of this is up to someone somewhere making a judgement call on it. It's so far from clear-cut that I don't want to get anywhere near it. I like to think that the authorities wouldn't waste their time with something on the borderline, but who knows? I happen to think the whole thing is stupid, anyway.
