We had a great trip for the most part - I was the only one who was continually ill, and I knew how much I could do (because when was I coming back to this part of the world? never, most likely). Thanks!
I SO wanted to, but no one else did, everyone was tired, and it ended up being more trouble than I could justify. I really like his stuff, too. Glad you liked the pics!
Awesome batch of photos. The magnitude of history is so amazing, good and bad. Thanks for sharing your photos! I hope you are feeling better now.
I just got back from Alaska with the hubs yesterday and we're back to work tomorrow. I so don't want to go back to real life. No idea when I'm going to post pix either. I shaved the first 1000+ down to about 600+ and have about another 100 still in the camera to look at. I thought I'd get started reviewing them all today but never got around to it. Things like laundry, banking (in person and on line), grocery shopping and replies to emails and story reviews (and spending an hour looking at work emails) got in the way. Hopefully I can tackle Day 1 of the trip tomorrow.
I barely paid attention to Roland Garros this year. Probably a good thing with life being so busy these days. I likely will force myself to ignore much of Wimbledon this year... Unless Rafa goes deep.
Thanks for sharing such fascinating and gorgeous pictures!
I'm glad you liked the pics! I hope you get to share yours soon - my mom keeps trying to get me to go to Alaska with her.
I watched a little of the French this year - it was absolutely painful to see Rafa pushed around the court by Djokovic. And then he won in Stuttgart and lost in the first round at Queen's. I don't know what's happening any more. I really want him to do well at Wimbledon and the US Open.

Sorry you all got ill, but you certainly seem to have seen plenty on your trip.
