It was odd that today day I changed my profile song to “Happy Ending” by Mika.

How was it that at the exact moment I said yes to a date with Allie that I saw that I had a message?

As I saw who it was from, my hands began to shake.

I couldn’t tell if they were shaking because the coldness that consumed my apartment, or because-like Shahrukh’s phone
