There is such a disgustingly obvious double standard in how these complaints have been treated and what's been said about how fanart will be treated. They are perfectly willing to get into a friends-locked post of fanart based on anyone's complaint, but for anything else they look at the profile first!?

Ah, okay. So encouraging people to harass or physically harm particular individual kids is okay, as long as you're not encouraging anyone to harass or physically harm particular groups.

NPR did a story today on sneaking in advertising on Facebook speck August 28 2007, 23:18:51 UTC
They asked about making changes to the TOS and informing users and the person being interviewed (from Advertising Age) blew right by the question.

NPR is getting a note from me about it, and mentioning the ad-mess and other messes here.
