they did not clap for the professor

but at the end of my review session, they very much did clap for me.

it doesn't make the tired and sick and tired go away, but it makes those things feel much, much better.

Miss you, by the way, and happy to be stalking you again here on the internet. In Solidarity, Ms. Corroy (though I'm not actaully teaching anymore, alas...not to mention that in your world teachers are probably not Ms., but anyway...solidaity none the less because when it comes to teaching I get the feeling that there isn't much difference between an 8th grader and a college kid most days).
