[Of course, the first person to come across the little sage is going to be either Lyn or Jaffar, who have been searching madly for her. Lyn's just coming back from her latest foray out into the forest when she spies a familiar head of green hair...
Oh spirits, can it be... Running over, she stops next to the tree Nino's lying against, and her eyes widen.]
[Too exhausted to talk, unfortunately, but she'll do her best to smile at you so that you don't worry, lady Lyn! :( She'll try to nod lightly too, which will trigger light coughing.]
[She manages a barely noticeable nod. She would try to make this easier for lady Lyn, but not only did she lack the strength, anything she may do now will only make things more difficult for Lyn. With the mere with that lady Lyn could know how grateful she is for this, she will just close her eyes until she can see Jaffar again.
...
This is going against principles. She should actually simply rest until she is well enough to move, but... she has to see him. Even if it would cost her the little energy that she would have regained from resting, in such a short period of time. Energy that should be used to stay vigilant, especially after what happened.
Still, she had complete trust in the two people that are here now - she will make an apology to the Reeds once she recovers.]
[Jaffar silently nods there, and is going to take his journal and his equipment and set out immediately. He figures he'll meet them half-way or something]
She has to tell him, then!... Forcing herself the extra mile to raise her head, she tries her voice, though it came out fainter than a whisper. Still, hopefully, the sincere shine in her eyes will be able to tell him what her voice failed to.]
J-affar! Please don't - worry...
[She just... needs to sleep, but she really can't tell them that now, and can only hope that they understand.]
[Action] Nope, if you don't mind time-space paradoxes, /o/innocentemeraldOctober 23 2009, 03:51:40 UTC
[She weakly looks up, though... you're making her more confused than anything, mister.]
Just... tired. [She smiles back a bit, trying to reassure the man. She must have already worried her friends... it really wouldn't be good to bother others with this, too! Black Fang senses agree too, but for different reasons.]
[She looks clearly startled for a second, but... The spell was REALLY smooth. There was no sense of drop or discomfort caused by this unusual shift or the pull of gravity, and having always been fond of wind but unable to harness its power because of its difficulty back in Elibe, this is... really amazing.
She has no complaints at all for you, Kefka. She WISHES she could ask you how you did that, but she knows her limits well enough that she doesn't have enough strength to talk much, so she should only say the minimal necessary.
So despite her lack of energy, her eyes are still filled with wonder, but she will look up to him quizzically.]

Don't you worry, we'll get you back. Jaffar'll be on his way soon. Meantime, here... [She moves to lift her.]

[She lifts up her journal and swivels it around, showing Nino's face, her own, and the surrounding area.]

[And there's a low-level Aero spell intended to lift the small mage off her feet gently.]
