I'm anxiously waiting for hubby to bring Drizzt home. The vet said he responded to a minimal amount of insulin (1.5 units) and that hopefully since he only needs a small amount that eventually we might be able to get by with just giving him the special food (if he ever eats it

So he's going to eventually eat his new food, that's great. Also, shots are easy to give, once you get the hang of it. I'll show you a couple of little tricks next time i'm up. which may be soon if plans are still under way.
