Argh! I did not mean to send my accident-attractors to you when I said
I didn't want any more car accidents for the next 100 years. Glad you're ok and hopefully the insurance company will make things go quickly and smoothly so that Bertram will be okay too.

Oh, pshaw. These things, they do happen. But this is what insurance is for, and so far, I've got an appt. on Tuesday to get the ball rolling-- and then I can send in the crash report, so all that I can do, will have been taken care of.

Oh, if only they were also verboten here-- so far, that's only the case in active school zones.

I will pay, but only because that's the least fiddly way to get this taken care of. I honestly didn't then, and don't now, relish trying to get Miss Early 20s and her insurance to do the right thing.
