They were quarreling gain. The topic was never something worth fighting over but that hadn’t stopped them from butting heads multiple times over the last week. It was relatively easy to avoid and ignore them but today they happened to be standing a mere 5 feet away from Ribbons, hurling mundane insults at one another. Though one had to give credit to Regene, seeing as his insults were far more intelligent and coherent than Hilling’s would ever be.
However, Ribbons didn’t care for the topic nor the insults. He just wanted them to shut up. After a minute or two of trying to block their voices from his head he merely sighs and closes his eyes, and when he opens them again, they’re glowing an eerie golden color. The banter to his side stops as the other two go into a sort of daze, their eyes taking on the same hue.
It's a minute or so before Ribbons closes his eyes and returns to his relaxed position on the couch. Hilling is the first to come out of her daze, staring at Regene with an absolutely horrified look upon her face.
A moment of silence passes before she takes a step back and screams, “I’M SHORT,” another moment of silence as she swiftly takes her hand and shoves it into her pants. Then, more shouting, “AND FEMALE!!”
Regene stares on in disbelief before suddenly opening his eyes wide in realization. His hands rise to his face in a terrified fashion before finally settling on the rims of his glasses.
“WHAT ARE THESE COKE BOTTLES ON MY FACE?!” he yells, taking them off to stare at them incredulously before putting them back on and looking around the room as if he had never seen it before.
A loud gasp comes from Hilling as she takes her hand out of her pants and turns to Regene with an angry scowl. “C-coke bottles!? How dare you! I’ll have you know-“
”I feel like a Granny!”
Hilling opens her mouth to say something and promptly closes it, turning to Ribbons with a look of pure anger. “Fix it,” she demands.
Ribbons throws her an innocent look before speaking, “This is rather entertaining.”
“I don’t care if it’s entertaining! Fix it!”
Regene then turns to Ribbons with a very noticeable pout and whines, “Please, Ribbons?”
Hilling takes a break from trying to light Ribbons on fire with her mind to turn to Regene and speak with a venom laced tone, “Please, don’t do that with my face.”
“You’re right, it must look really ugly.”
And so the banter starts up again, this time a bit more loudly.
Ribbons sighs and his eyes once again begin to shine as do the other two’s. After a moment his eyes go back to their violet hue and he looks at the two of them with a disappointed expression.
Hilling looks herself over a bit and sighs happily, “It’s good to be back.”
Regene, however, remains silent before once again opening his eyes wide in realization and letting out a rather shrill and girly scream.
Hilling stands quietly and looks at him for moment before laughing and taking a step closer, “Revive!?”
Regene looks at Hilling for a moment and then redirects his gaze to Ribbons looking very scared, “What happened!?”
Ribbons merely raises an eyebrow and speaks in a very nonchalant tone, “Oops.”
Hilling goes back to laughing and then turns to Regene, “Where were you when it happened?”
”I was in the bathroom…”
”Oh, this can’t end well for you.”
“Ribbons, please…”
”And try to get it right this time! We’d all be in trouble if he got stuck in Anew or something.”
One final squeak is heard from Regene, before the dream cuts out.

Ribbons wakes up with an amused expression on his face and thinks out loud, "I wonder..."
