Help Please.

Okay, can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I was the fat kid in school, so running had always been a thing about losing my breath and running out of stamina. I've worked really really hard in the past three years, so now I still have plenty of energy after my fifth mile. But I still have to stop, but now it's because my feet force me to. ( Read more... )

Uh, nylon socks under your white ones, make sure you have the mole skin stuff on right, tape your feet (spongy tape first then white medical tape, and a slippery sock and COTTEN socks over that), soke your feet in saltwater, or the thing I've mentioned before, pee on you feet.
