Attention all financially challenged people who will be/already are attending college:Uncle Sam just put out an addendum to the PELL grant. Ah know how you feel. You'd be really well off in Ohio if you wanted a JP major. I had a similar reaction when I found out that you can't major in JP anywhere in NC, too. Did you just find out or something?

Most Japanese major's I've talked to were wary about telling me to try to become one. Just a thought.

Well, I've known, but today I found out that I can't get an extra $4000 a year for it as a result. Anyway, my bag is Anthropology. I wanted to double major in Japanese, but all I can do right now is minor thanks to the complete void of Japanese majors.

So does this mean that I can't major in animation..... or Spanish.... but in Russian.... and for how many years.... okay, so you don't have to answer all of these but still....

You can major in more subjects than just the one you're earning the money for. But yeah, Spanish doesn't count...

Russian would, but it would have to be a major (not minor) and that's what my problem currently is.
