First, I've started paying attention to a Lebanese band called Soap Kills. Animate, if you know about this group, give my your opinion... Also, did you see 'Devils on the Doorstep'? We watched it in my Japanese culture class tonight

I'm not up on any Lebanese music. What do they sound like?
I've also not seen that movie; IMDB tells me it's Chinese, which explains why I haven't seen it. I don't know much about Chinese cinema outside of Wong Kar-Wai. The reviewer on IMDB compared it to Seven Samurai (which I just got done watching, actually), so I guess that's a plus. Let me know what japanese films you watch and I'll see if I can give an opinion.

I don't really get to see many Japanese films (or any other films for that matter- I am cinematically deprived...) It was definitely unique. One of those where the characters all seem stupid or crude and heroic at the same time...
So far, Soap Kills sounds like a mix of Arabic classical, pop, and trance (if I've got my genres right...) I just got all of their tracks, but I need to sit down and listen to more of them before I can make a comparison.
Okay, here's the deal: Don't think you like someone when you first meet 'em. Be friends. Hang out. Make sure they don't annoy-the-hell-outta-you. Then, ASK THEM OUT! Just DO it. If they reject you-so what?! If they say yes. HOT DAMN!!! YAY!!!
But seriously. You've havn't been in Charlotte a MONTH!!! Is it that hard to control your hormones? *tsk tsk*
BE A HARD ARSE. IF A GIRL LOOKS AT YOU, SLAP HER IN THE FACE! THAT WILL MAKE HER FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU!!!!!
Um, along with that comment, if the ladies are noticing you, then try to smile at them, or wave, or nod, something, talk to them, something cause chicks normally don't approach the guys first. ITS THE LAW.
