So a monday evening saw me hitting the gym again (like a lump of lard dropped from the 25th floor - SPLAT!).
Indulge me for a moment but I must say exercise is really good for the soul and the body(?) - I revel in pain.

Must control diet too at the same time hor!
No soft drinks.... drink coke zero or light... plain water is best.
Drink rose tea or green tea.
No desserts!
Soup spoon...subway.... cedele are ur best frens.
Actually go gym 3 times a week... long sessions instead of doing everyday...works better for me. Cos no need everyday go...damn sian one.

I do control diet lah, but I hate subway. lol. i just eat less carbo lor.
Dude, define long sessions. I go for at least 1.5 hours per pop.
