I just listened to the voice mail mom got from him.

Before she told me about it. Now she let me listen.

He is such an ASS.

He is apparently trying to go for full custody, told mom she didn't spend a dime, how he does EVERYTHING for my sister. BULL SHIT you abusive ass

That was definitely a smart move on your mom's part, saving the message. I don't understand why he thinks he deserves full custody. Your mother provides a home, takes her to the doctor's, takes her to and from school when she has to, feeds her, etc. What proof does he have that she's unfit to care for your sister? O.o
