I'm now officially married in both his homeland and mine!
The wedding was perfect, just as I imagined it. His mother and mine seemed to hit it off, both talking for hours. Mom never stopped smiling and I heard her laughing more than once when father teased her about renewing their vows. And Sae was so attentive, he never left me alone when he thought I needed him, and even offered to restrict what he drank the whole night so I wouldn't be the only one drinking a non-alcoholic drink.
I'll never forget how wonderful it was nor the people that came to wish us well. This is one memory I'll always treasure.
