he looks past hyunchul and focuses on the television screen. the red carpet interviews for some japanese drama awards are being shown and the host is talking to a former korean-idol-turned-japanese-singer-slash-actor.
soft, warm lips press against his own (mistake, mistake, mistake) but his eyes never leave the interviewee.
in the background, the celebrity laughs at the host's teasing remarks. (he thinks that laugh sounds happy.)
the younger man pulls back to let him answer.i've never stopped.
his focus never lets up from the screen.
hyunchul glances behind him and his cheeks pull back in a slight grimace. they share similar features, everyone has always said - similar hair, skin, eyes and mouth, but he's never really paid attention. he always just took it as a compliment.
hyunchul turns back around to offer the older man a smile.it's okay, yunho-yah. i can wait. i will wait.
the split-second break in yunho's gaze makes hyunchul realize that he's already heard those words before.
